Per 12 anni sono stato prima responsabile Promozione e Sviluppo, poi Brand Manager della manifestazione fieristica Autopromotec, coordinando tutta l'organizzazione globale dell'evento. 

Ho sviluppato tutti i processi organizzativi di una rassegna che conta oltre 1700 espositori, provenienti dall'Italia e da altri 50 paesi, e di oltre centomila visitatori professionali. Ho tenuto i rapporti con le istituzioni pubbliche a livello nazionale e internazionale, ho coordinato gli uffici di promozione commerciale in diversi paesi. 

Ho sviluppato un network con associazioni, buyers, espositori, stampa tecnica e generalista. Ho gestito lo staff dedicato alle attività promozionali internazionali (viaggi 25-30% del tempo).

Ho coordinato roadshow internazionali (fiere, giornate stampa, scouting) e una rete internazionale di consulenti commerciali e di marketing (Germania, Francia, Spagna, Regno Unito, Stati Uniti, Turchia, Estremo Oriente, Argentina, Brasile). Ho pianificato convegni su specifiche tematiche e gestito agende di incontri di buyers provenienti da tutto il mondo.
Ho pianificato e gestito una serie di operatività e coordinamenti allo stesso tempo, basandomi su un mix di esperienze per pianificare e raggiungere gli obiettivi.

Al contempo, per Bologna Business School, Fondazione Fiera Milano sono stato relatore per Master universitari nel campo dell'organizzazione di grandi fiere commerciali, coordinamento delle delegazioni internazionali, ottimizzazione della partecipazione a fiere.

Responsible for all the global organization of the event. Care of all organizational processes of the trade exhibition: relations with public institutions at national and international level, coordination of trade promotion offices in different countries; accounting activity with professional associations, buyers, key exhibitors, press. Managing of the staff in charge for all international promotional activities (travel 25-30% of the time), management of promotional plan in business magazines, specialized and economic websites. 

Coordination of the international roadshow of the event (fairs, press days, scouting) and an international network of sales and marketing consultants (Germany, France, Spain, UK, USA, Turkey, Far East, Argentina, Brazil). Planning and development of the seminar program within the exhibition as well as the agenda of B2B meetings of buyers from 35 countries. 

International press office coordinator during the show (over 470 registrations). Analysis of global goals and programs and development of the improvements (2010-20017: + 37% international exhibitors, + 50% press articles and reports).

Used to the management of a variety of concepts, procedures and coordination at the same time, relying on a mix of experiences to plan and achieve the objectives. Conception and coordination of the whole promotion team. Reports to the CEO and to the Board of Directors.

Speaker within the training modules for University Masters Degree in the field of organization of large trade exhibitions, coordination of international delegations, maximization of a trade show participation

2005 - 2010 Autopromotec Trade Exhibition (automotive field),  Promotion & Development Manager

Drafting and coordination of all promotion activities related to the trade show Autopromotec and international promotional activities for the Association AICA (Italian Association of Automotive Equipment Manufacturers ). Development of new perspectives and programs to enhance the relationship and involvement of existing and potential exhibitors. Concept of the design of reception and vip areas in the fair , cost estimation and evaluation of KPI . Project and implementation of the international promotion of the event, traveling at least 30% of the time .

Relations and agreements with trade shows, associations, international magazines (automotive sector) to attract buyers, journalists, customers increasing the community of visitors at the event. Management and supervision of the activities related to the marketing and communications team (website, brochures and catalogues, videos, press day, networking events).

2003 - 2004 // Bologna Congressi, Junior Project Manager

Co-management and daily activity for some big congresses (1000-3000 delegates) in coordination with project leader . From call for action to final report, managing of operations through all the phases during 12-18 months periods .
